Michael Jorde is Business Process Consultant at Optum, a UnitedHealth Group Business. Michael’s diverse career has spanned everything from working on the family farm in Minnesota to being a Marketing Manager in New York City. In 2006 he joined Optum where he has held many positions. His current role is focused on Complex Issue Management for Optum’s Prevention and Wellbeing products. His passion is to build trust through collaboration and to demonstrate excellence.
Michael has Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. He also holds numerous Process Improvement and Quality Certifications including that of Six Sigma Black Belt.
Michael is a native of Minnesota and currently lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with his partner. They stay busy traveling and attending the many cultural events in Cleveland.
