3RTEC, Inc. dba My Recovery Day is a Cleveland Ohio based 501c3 nonprofit. We will be hosting an in-person and nationally streamed concert event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday, November 11, 2023 to help reduce the stigma associated with Substance Use Disorder while delivering a message of hope to those in recovery, especially early recovery. Treatment and sober living facilities, sober clubs and other recovery centric organizations from around the world are invited to host their own watch parties to share this experience and listen to messages of hope. The event will also help raise funds through sponsorships and raffle ticket sales to expand the programs that My Recovery Day offers free to individuals in recovery. About the 50/50 Recovery 100 Raffle Rules and Regulations

Thank you for supporting My Recovery Day by participating MRD Jam 50/50 Recovery 100 raffle. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to the following rules and regulations outlined here.

Eligibility

The MRD Jam 50/50 Recovery 100 raffle is open to all residents in the United States who are 18 years old or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Members of the My Recovery Day board of  directors and its officers are not eligible to win.

To Enter

The MRD Jam 50/50 Recovery 100 raffle will be conducted from July 1 and end Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 8:00pm for online ticket sales and on November 11 at 9:00 pm for in-person sales at the My Recovery Day Jam 2023 event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (OR when all tickets have been sold). To purchase tickets online go to https://givebutter.com/MyRecoveryDayJam2023 and click on “Donate & Tickets”. Scroll to “50/50 Recovery 100 Raffle” and purchase as many as you like. Raffle tickets will be numbered. Raffle tickets may be purchased in person at My Recovery Day. All online, in person or phone ticket purchasers will receive a unique number for each raffle ticket stub/receipt that will have the contact information with the ticket number based on the information you provided when you purchased the ticket.

The raffle ticket purchased serves as a receipt. Per IRS guidelines, raffle tickets do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.

Raffle Pools

There will only be 100 tickets per raffle pool. Consequently, for any sold-out raffle pool, your odds of winning are 1 out of 100 to win $1,000 (half of the total). Tickets purchase will be placed into the pool until the pool of 100 is sold. Once 100 tickets are sold a new pool will open. If the last pool is not sold out, then the winner will receive half of whatever was sold from the pool.

Drawing Date, Approximate Time and Details

The winners of each of the MRD Jam 50/50 Raffle pools will be determined by a random raffle drawing at the My Recovery Day Jam 2023 event to be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Raffle drawings will be done between bands with the last ticket being pooled from the last pool of tickets at approximately 10:00 p.m. at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. The drawing will be live-streamed. The winners need not be present to win. An email with an access code to the live streaming of the event, including the raffle pull, will be provided the day before the event.

The prizes will be awarded to the name listed on the ticket. Only one name may appear on the ticket. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days or will be forfeited.

By entering the raffle, the winners agree that their name and likeness may be used by My Recovery Day for publicity and promotional purposes.

In addition, each participant releases My Recovery Day and its respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the raffle or winning the prizes, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. The winners and/or their family, heirs, associates, or other interested parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Recovery Day directors, officers,
employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prizes.

IRS Guidelines

Winners will be required to provide documents such as a social security number and a valid photo ID with a current address to claim any of the prizes and a 1099 will be issued. Winnings will be paid by check and may be subject to backup withholding.
