As New Year’s Day approaches, many of us make resolutions we hope to stick to for the upcoming year. A year just sounds so long. You know the story “This year I am going to stay sober, lose weight, stop smoking, exercise, etc.”
Whatever your resolution is, just make it for New Year’s Day and each Today after that. It will be much easier to focus on and manage. I have several resolutions for this 2020 year. However, for me, the most important resolution for the New Year, is to make my resolutions only for each day – one day at a time. Have a very Happy New Year this 2020 filled with many joyful Todays.
