Flat rate shipping is for continental US only. No PO Box for items weighing over a pound since it is typically less expensive to ship FedEx.. Please e-mail any questions that you may have. If the item is purchased and paid for before noon (EST), it will be pretty much shipped the same day. If Global shipping is offered, the shipping cost is to the global shipping center.

Return Policy: Any item is returnable if you feel it was not as described with the pictures or text posted, otherwise all items are sold “AS IS”. If you choose to return the item, customer must first contact me through eBay by email within 3 days of receiving product and customer must return the product within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. The item must be returned in the condition it was shipped in. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the item is listed as Free Shipping then the cost to ship it will be deducted from the purchase price and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
